Kindly be informed that the said land plot is owned by Iraida Company, by virtue of a registered contract "registered land."
In the company's commercial register, it is authorized for Mrs. Iraida Shahwan and Mr. Ehab Shahwan "Jointly or separately" to sign on behalf of the company.
