A great opportunity for someone who is bilingual German/Italian and passionate about the Red Sea. RESPONSIBILITIES: * providing excellent service to our customers who require assistance with their travel arrangements by phone or through emails * assisting our customers to place their holidays orders (packages, hotels and diving activities) * dealing with pre-departure queries (applying amendments to bookings or cancellations, adding special requests, and any customer service needs) * working in call centre environment SKILLS REQUIRED: * mother tongue German * Italian excellent speaking and understanding – good reading and writing * excellent telephone manner and customer service skills * good knowledge of the Red Sea * computer literacy * experience in the travel industry and/or * sales and diving know-how preferred FURTHER INFORMATION: 7 working hours per day on shift basis, between 9.00am and 9.00pm day off Sunday full time only location Sharm el Sheikh If you are interested please send your C.V.to call.centre@goredsea.com
