any way The Rivera ompany is going a head with the project and they satmped the partnership contract from the egyptian court so my lawer confirmed me that all are in order

then i went with my lawer to the Rivera Co, and he showed us all the documents , i can see if somebody has something to hidden he would do that when i was in the ofice but brought all the documents and its normal if someone has a partner in his project

even the owner of Rivera company in his way to own the project by himself and buy the share of his partner which is 30% from the project

I read your post twice, doing my best effort to understand what exactly is the issue there but I failed to find it. I believe, however, that Mr. Mitry's reply summed up all what I can tell. He said it really in a good way.

With all my respect to your lawyer, but some stuff is not in order yet, and if your lawyer has another opinion I will be glad to post all the due diligence documents online, translate it, and write my comments down, but I 'truly' hope we won't go there.

When it comes to my statement that I am not responsible for what anyone writes it stands true, because I simply did not give any information on the forum concerning Riviera before I travel to Hurgada and check myself, and even then I still respected the promise I gave someone not to 'smear' the project, especially when the situation can be rectified, but in fact, it is not yet rectified and it is in a quite unacceptable sitation at the moment that TRULY needs to be corrected. Again I do respect your lawyer, you, and every one who uses 'reason' in discussion. Subsequently my 'reasonable' answer is that I possess documents that prove my opinion, but in the event you have newer documents or something I would be glad to see, and will be more glad to let those people who wanted to buy go ahead, 'cause you know what? This is more business for me!!! So I'd be glad if the project's due diligence was correct!

However, if you are now putting my promise against my conscience, it is not 'that' hard of choice; conscience will win!

Kindly keep this thread for fruitful discussions, and, again, in the event you have any documents that will falsify the documents I have, then please provide me with them and I will be more than happy to represent anyone who wants to purchase there. If your lawyer was happy with the documents which I've checked and took copy of, then you figure out what you want to do.


When it comes to the owner buying 30% of the other partner, please be informed that the other partner's position is null and void from the beginning, and that the land plot had a restriction for partnership in the original contract "which I have a copy of", and that the partnership was not done the rightway even, and subsequently has 0% legal value. The owner remains the original owner while the new partner has no legal authority of any kind. I am telling you just very few information here, but you might like to know it.

Finally, tricking someone over phone is possible, but when someone asks me about what I wrote about the project when I wrote nothing, and asking me about the result of my check when the whole process was discreet, it was not that hard to figure out that the caller was working for the partner! Who else knew I was there checking these documents? And who called didn't even know the name of the forum! Moreover, he knew I was checking it in Hurgada when a VERY FEW people knew that. The original owner is excluded since we were liaising on phone and she was a decent person and promised that the entire situation will be 100% legal soon. Consequently I withheld from giving any statements; the location is great, the price is convenient, and the owner wants to correct the situation. Why would I smear the project then?!

Anyway I ave nothing more to add, and for the third and last time, if you have newer documents...etc.
