Louise, I am contemplating investing in Veranda but im still undecided
(1st time buyer/investor too). The main attraction for me at the moment is the proposed long lead time (it gives sahl hasheesh opportunity to gentrify) come Q4 2010, Sahl Hasheesh will be well on the way to emulating the success seen in el gouna in my opinion, its just taking that next step.
out of interest what were the reasons you invested in Veranda? which agent and solictor did you use?
