You mentioned in one of your posts that a friend of yours has bought several properties throughout Egypt, out of interest have they ever mentioned how much capital growth they achieved with their investments?
I ask because I am looking for real anacdotal evidence based on 'real' peoples experiences as opposed to speculative potential growth rates quoted by some of the agents.
It is difficult to obtain sales information from previous years to make accurate comparisons throughout Egypt (that im aware of anyway
). Obviosuly Sahl is only in its infancy so this information for this resort will be thin on the ground at the moment.
