Hi - I am trying to get my head around the selling process - that is if we decide to sell. The way we have understood is there are 2 ways to register the property - the 1st way, we could not sell the property for 5 years? (please correct us if wrong) and the second by the 'signature validity court verdict' ? - when we could immediately.
Again - if we decided to sell - what would an estate agent want to see - besides the deeds? - a really confused person - and is it worth registering the property? any help gratefully accepted but in laymans language and a step by step version please from any estate agents out there!!!! thanks
