It will be alot cheaper for you to get the Visas and POA in Hurghada at the passport office. I think I have posted details of where it is in the Legal Thread. My multi entry and 12 m resident visa was about £15 for both ( multi entry from Embassy in London is £18 ) and then the POA at the Notary at El Tor was just £4.
