hi i have invested in a studio in pacific, so clearly i like this development. i think the prices are slightly higher than some of the others on al marjan, but you get things like parking included, and don't underestimate the private beach. (the public section of jumeirah beach is a rubbish tip!). personally i am planning on selling in a couple years, well before completion so delivery time does not concern me too much, but please tell me which developer has a good reputation for delivery??...it seems like a years delay is the norm in dubai! anyway just thought i'd express a positive opinion about pacific and SP who i have had a good experience with so far. hope this helps.
