In respect of informing the inland revenue,i had a feeling that is what i would need to do but i just wanted to find out from professionals like yourself before hand..im glad this would'nt affect my employed tax for some time.

Is it possible you could tell me more about not turning the company limited from day one? pro's and con's? as i was told to make it limited..would really like to hear what u have to say in regards to this,
