Foreigners must be very cautious to buy any real estate in China. Liquidity is the main problem and not to mentioned other problems such as legal representation, foreign ownership, transfer taxes and title protection. It is easy to buy real estate. when it comes to liquidate your real estate and convert to cash, you are likely to take very long time to get a serious buyer who is willing to pay your prices.
