Hi all, the investors that are flocking to invest in India (I am referring to individuals), what would their profile be like. Would they be Indians who have made it big in countries like the UK, US, and elsewhere? Or are they non-Indians, ie Europeans, Chinese and the other races?

Apart from the attractiveness of potential upside, with the influx of foreign investment in this area, which seems to be in major projects, like shopping malls, commercial buildings, what is the potential for residential investment in places like Chennai and Mumbai?
