Am relocating to Dubai tail end of the summer, August / September time, and having done some research and calculations, am interested in acquiring a studio, 1 bed or possibly 2 bed flat in IC England (or equivalent development).

I'll be on my own so prob don't need a 2 bed in all honesty.

I'd consider renting for 6 months or so initially.

What should I expect to pay for a flat, be it studio / 1 bed / 2 bed, and how much of a deposit will I require (10 % / 20 %) etc?

On the rental side of things, how much (in pounds sterling) should I expect to pay monthly ?
