Tell him he can keep the first years 8% rental income towards his fast car, or even all 5 years of it LOL Remind him of how much money you'll be saving on your annual holidays. You're in a similar position to me, 2 adults plus 2 teenagers. Our holidays are averaging not much short of £3k for 2 weeks. Average flights for 4 are around £1,500 and you won't have to pay for accomodation so that saves at least another £1k a year, he can use that for petrol  |
