How many families are going to pay £900 each to fly to Natal in July and August to take up property thay have rented from an owner? On the basis that you can rent an entire flat in Ponta Negra for about £300 per month in July-Sept who is going to pay 12 times that price for their flights? All inclusive to Salvador Sauipe with First Choice during the same period will probably cost a maximum of £1250 per head and this includes all food and drink. Who in their right mind would therefore rent a property at these prices and so where are all these fantastic "rental returns" coming from?
