To be honest mate YES it will and IS, you can buy direct from the developer but at a payment schedule of 30% in 30days and then 70% on completion, (the usual schedule)
The benefits of going through our company is that we have agreed a 10% in 30days and then 12 months later another 10% then 80% on completion.
So obvously through us you would need less upfront, but the potential profits will be the same.
Also 85% of our clients buy this type of property for holiday homes etc and we are selling between 80 to 100 properties a MONTH, and we generate between 200 to 250 Clients PER MONTH............which would aid in reselling.
