VERY low crime rate, almost non existant.
One of the highest crime rates solved of any police force, it just doesnt happen..

they speak English

food is local, European and American

very Christian country.

Lovely people

NO drugs, NO guns, NO pornography

Huge Expat society so you dont feel like the only foreigner.

Great schools

Good sports complex and marinas

ZERO TAX, well with the exception of house property tax and import tax.
There is NO annual tax on property or land each year (1% in the Bahamas I think), doesn't sound a lot but if I went to the Bahamas and spent $500k on a property that's $5,000 tax per year.

regular flights to the USA and Nassau.

TCI is outside of the hurricane belt unlike many others who get smashed on a regular basis.

Oh and finally one of the best beaches in the WORLD at Grace Bay.

The property and land is ALL listed on one web site at TCREA - Turks and Caicos Real Estate Association I found Karen and Terry at National Colony Realty to be without doubt the best, say you know of me from the web and they will consider you a serious punter and not just another 'holiday dreamer'

All I can say is if you want peace, relaxation, a simple but happy life you wont beat the Turks and Caicos.
