RUBBISH

This is yet another privatley run website with NO govermental backup what so ever, sensationalism yet again at its BEST...i mean just look at the title of the webiste "blah blah blah...digging the dirt on something so everyone will read my site"

And last year Spain´s Capital Appreciation was projected to be 15.7% but we actually had 16.8%.

I have a multitutde of investors from Buy To Lets to Off Plan, and ALL are still making good money.
EG: I sold to one NEW investor last year, purchased 2 units at €240,000 and sold both THIS year for €285,000.....................so after agents fees and CAPITAL GAINS TAX was paid he walked away with €35,442.445 PER UNIT.........PROFIT

And this is NOT a one off.
