Thumbs up mortgages are possible for non-residents.

I have arranged a 250K mortgage for a chinese friend of mine for properties in Berlin. It is possible. Regardless whether you are resident or non-resident, all banks want security, regardless which one you choose.

i.e. you need:
- proof of income / tax returns (of your home country)
- proof rental income in Germany
- proof of bank accounts / funds / shares or other investment that shows your net worth (not oversea properties, because they are not "liquid".

If you need help, visit my site:

Thanks.
