The compex is a year late in completion, the tennis court, playground, courtesy bus and supermarket promised never appeared. The company will only allow buyers to go through their Canadian lawyers and is registered in Barbados, you need to be a big player to attempt legal remedy and they do not reply to any emails or letters of complaint.
