Funds held in a serco? bank account and not transfered until contract requirements are met otherwise its a refund. Funds will be paid so exit is possible and audit from vendor to brazil is met.Main launch in september.
my concerns are
the outstanding licence, deposit held awaiting licence if not obtained by pre launch which isnt feeling a wise move.
im informed full assistance will be given in getting csf,independant legal team to go through buying process etc.
