Either a fully furnished studio flat or 1 bed flat.
All bills included, dewa, aircon,gas, tv, internet, etc.
Has to have a balcony and be spacious & tastefully decorated.
Has to be pay monthly direct frm land lord, NO AGENTS PLEASE. Most of you never follow through or respond!

I DO NOT WISH TO LIVE IN THE STINKY AREA/NO SMELLY AREAS PLEASE.

For a 1 bed flat that meets my requirements: The max I will pay will be 6000dhms

For a studio, that meets my requirements I will pay max 5000/5500dhms

I know it may be a lot to ask, but Im sure my perfect lil place is out there! I am easy going tidy, pay on time always and will respect your property! I intend to stay a while also.
