Default re wwd

I have just this minuite had a phone call from Hannah at WWD confiming that the below is correct and that UL have no grounds to state what they have and so basically are attempting to scam people. I hope my faith in Hannah and her fantastic professionalism is not tarnished as i doubt it will be. Please all relax until WWD sort with own law firm next week. Remember it is Friday and Egyptians do not work so early next week an update will be sourced. I hold no responsibility if this statement shows to be untrue. But i will wait and see till next week.

We understand that Mohamed Refaat of United Lawyers in Hurghada May have sent you an email stating that he is acting on behalf of a Power Of Attorney signed by *** in his favour, and that he is the only legal representative of Worldwide Destinations in Egypt.

All Power of Attorneys in favour of Mr Refaat were cancelled at the end of 2007 and he has no legal right to address these issues or speak on behalf of Worldwide Destinations or any of its companies.

Our Lawyers in Cairo are presently addressing this as a matter of urgency and we will provide you with an update shortly.

In the meantime we would strongly advise that you ignore any advise that you have received from United Lawyers, and would like to take this opportunity to again confirm to you again that Worldwide Destinations will continue with all the developments previously planned and the company have in place the personnel and funding to continue to prosper.
