I agree with all but the above comment. Myself as a realestate agent, I always recommend my customers to work with a solicitor of their own. There are a few well known solicitors who can handle English speaking customers in Kusadasi.

If everything goes fine then of course the monies you paid to the solicitor will be somewhat wasted, but the solicitor is there to make sure everything goes right. Afterall a real estate agent is not a legal entity, but a solicitor/lawyer has the authority to access every record hold by the government. Whereas, a real estate agent, is just a tradesman, nothing else.

I also think that Davutlar and Guzelcamli can become too quiet between October-May if you're used to city living.
