i agree to what roshan is saying but some developpers are just straight to the point. they explain what they are doing as an investor i should see the cost of the investment and not look at the profit. when it comes to RERA they need to open a lot of other departments to help clear the bad developpers from this country emirate. their work is still cut out for them but there are still a few developpers who can be trusted and others who claim trust but do not deserve it.
