i've seen some low premium ads my self, but this is only to attract the bait, u'll find an add for 5-10% and when u call thy will they you - sorry sold - then they will offer another one with higher price (which is the real premium)

however i might be wrong if u find something interesting i'll be glad to know about it

P.S i just sold Badrah 2 at 20% if i find any badrah with 5% i'll buy it on the spot !!!
