Anyone posting negative stories about real estate in Brazil or being scammed -- people like you Lagarto wish I'd just go away. And I understand this. But sorry buddy, TP is a free Forum and people can post what they want within reason of course and abiding by Forum rules.

Ralph seems to be the only poster posting the truth about the realities of living and working in Brazil. Maybe some of you should read his posts more, with more focus.

Mr. Broad, please be very careful sir as to how you word your post with "Brothels". Our Forum under no circumstances allows discussions of Brothels or anything related. Also, people post what they want, and although some posts might be to negative for you to handle -- well, that's their opinion and we cannot control what people post, nor should we.

About our scam, we did see the land many times, went there often and met with many people. The Governor of RGN had a big party for us, at our expense later, we found out. Our mistake was trusting in a close Brazilian friend who we thought was qualified to handle and over see the project -- and we were wrong. We all make mistakes and we learn from those mistakes. Live and learn as they say....
