Anyone else noted how an agent representing this outfit is using a scatter gun approach to market property on a numerous forums all offering 'fantastic returns' of "up to" 20% or more ?. Quite apart from the economic realities we are facing, just analyse that phrase "up to". Meaningless catch all. They make some impressive claims on their website - 14,000 clients, over £15 m. of property sold, all their staff have £1m plus portfolios, they pay agents up to £10k per month commission (which in itself calls into question the price of their properties).

All this from a company only registered 6 months ago, according to records at Companies House.
