My life has so many ups and downs and to be honest life is a little too short to be over anxious re Desert Pearl i do however agree with you on this topic and cannot be bothered to worry too much, I am sure that when they need to sort the legal side out they will.I have a legal document stating i own it out right so when WWD or ELRIAD want to get there name away from the ties to my apartment.Legally it is mine so i will just wait for for the ever dependable Hannah to contact me.
This is how i stay so positive as there are more important things for me to worry about lol.But i am sure it is not as easy for some people who are still trying to settle funding disputes etc. I am sure it will not be long then all these problems will be gone and we can settle and enjoy the sunny side of egypt

I was advised by a solicitor that the Power of Attorney had to be signed by me in their presence they also required my passport so i'm a little confused that WWD think they can do it a different way.
Pardon my cynicism but I don't think they will be in a hurry to get in touch with all clients as they know we'll call them.
I don't know how you remain so positive given the amount of messes WWD have got clients in to?
