This is how i stay so positive as there are more important things for me to worry about lol.But i am sure it is not as easy for some people who are still trying to settle funding disputes etc. I am sure it will not be long then all these problems will be gone and we can settle and enjoy the sunny side of egypt

As has mine but you cannot say that life's too short to be over anxious on something as big as this, something you've laid alot of money on...unless of course if you have more money than sense. You should respect someones right in being anxious, right now personally this is my main concern in life and a big commitment of mine. Financially i'm screwing every penny possible out of my wages to pay for this investment so i cannot sit back and have a relaxed attitude when so far this whole endeavour has proven to be one of the most stressful things i could encounter, stressful because most things are out of the purchasers control.
How can you say you have a legal document stating you own it if you haven't legally completed and the property is not in your name? If you haven't legally completed then it's not legally yours. I'm not questioning the viability of our purchases, we have a paper trail, of course they'll be legally ours ....eventually.
I'm just rather peeved off because i've just had to turn down someone who wanted my apartment for a month....why...because i haven't legally completed and due to this new situation i wont have in time for when they want to stay in it.
I'm glad that you can stay so positive and i'm sure you're right we'll be able to get this out the way soon!!
