UL have stopped working with WWD DUE TO THERE "FALL OUTS" as i have paid in full i have to get new POA done as MR Refeat has decided not to continue with the purpose he was paid for. So the POA which was issued for the purpose as stated on it unless the person we signed it too does the work then the paper it is printed on has no purpose so is useless. The Meter busines was told to me before i did a POA as you can do the meter side on your own as you can in uk but it is just a pain in the back side. Hence why i wanted a lawyer to get on with it. My other apartment in Sharm has been completed already and i sourced meters etc via the builder and have my residency visa to aid me oredering them and the phone line.
And forgive me but if i am wrong then so be it i will find out lol. The legal side of purchasing and registration of property in to our own names is not a real problem as i could use a totally seperate lawyer in Sharm to fullfill this area but as it was paid before then i will wait till WWD pay it all for me. I am in no rush i can still rent it out and enjoy it
