here is my acceptance letter, how legal is it?? i reckon very much legal. so regardless of WWD,ELRIAD,THIS ONE THAT ONE this is very clear. This wouls stand in any court of law. If there are any lawyers on the forum who want to tell myself and my personal lawyer ant difference then ok.
I do empathise with all complaints and worries others have and undersatand what is going on.
But you having to turn down a months rental is ridiculas??
People including myself are renting through letting agents and having very good success.
If you have the same documentation then you should be putting your apartment to use if that is what you bought it for??
I do not care who is right or wrong i just look at all the legal signed documents i have in my possesion and it stops me from being anxious.
Sorry if it offends peoiple me being a little laid back but i am confident i have enough documentation to prove i own it.
Also i have not got more money than sense i am the same as everyone else and am just trying to enjoy my apartment in the sun when and if i want.
It is time for the information to stop being misconstruied and all of us just settle down again and relax.
There are professional selling agents on here telling us all the same dont worry it will be sorted.
I was only there last week the place is great except it is next to a building site so the electric and water keep failing but as it is free at the minite (thankyou WWD and EL RIAD ) i CANNOT COMPLAIN.
