Thumbs up Palace Tower - Investment Advise Required.
I am new entrant in dubai market. I intend to purchase a 2BR in PALACE TOWER, in Dubai silicon Oasis,
The rate is AED 1050 PSFT.
CAn any body suggest will this investment will be good enough to flip in say 3-6 months with a margin of 200- 300 k net amount.

any advise will be appreciated.
