My advice would be to spend a lot of time reading. The forums here have a lot of good information however be wary as there a lot of users who are only here to sell a certain area and in doing so will only give you the good points of a certain location,

A good book to read is the jet to let bible by Dominic Farrell which can be found on Amazon, that will give you a good solid background on property investment and in particular investing overseas
