I'm still considering renting my studio in Persia out as I am finding it difficult at the moment to go over and furnish it etc. Is anyone in Persia already renting theirs out? Also would I be better to furnish it or leave it unfurnished? I ideally would like to rent it out for maybe 6 months, just enough time for me to be able to go over and furnish it. Do you think it would be possible to get someone to rent it out for just 6 months or would most people be looking to rent longer term? How much are studios renting for at the moment?
