I decided to sell my 1 bedroom and keep the studio apartment and have rented out the studio, had no problem doing this. Advertised on Dubizzle and had many enqiries.

Nakheel getting better with the PR, however Ms Sarah from nakheel promised to get back to me with answers to specific questions, however this never eventuated.

I just think that they are over whelmed and not employing enough qualified personal to address owners problems.

Let me give you an example, I have been on nakheels back since April 30th, have a complaint number but my problem still has not been fixed. I have no AC in the main common area , the corridor. I was told by the facilities department this was fixed and working last week however a check today, and still the same deal.

Oh and today the lift went tits up and stopped working....not a good sign considering the few times it has been used.

I do not know why the building contractors did not install energy saving devices for lighting, such as motion detectors, would save much on power. I had to complain to have the lights turned on in the corridors, that only took nearly 10 days.....

My feeling is the building owner wants to save some fills and is not putting the A/C on.

hey it was only 45 degrees celcius here in Dubai today. I am going to phone again tomorrow and see what the latest reply is.
