PRE 74 Title deeds are considered to be 100% safe as they are internationally recognised title deeds!
They come at a premium price because of this -but at least they are safe!!
These are deeds of owners that owned the property before 1974 and still retain these deeds legally to sell on if they wish!
Your solicitor will be able to check the title deeds for it from the land registry for you, but get proof of this dont just take anyones word for it as it means nothing...!
Never believe everything an agent etc tell you and do some research yourself!!
