Hi All - Have been a member for a couple of weeks but may have only posted a couple of messages.

I have been visiting Turkey for many years and 5 years ago bought a villa in Colakli near Side. Due to unforseen circumstances (redundancy) I decided to rent out the villa. This went well and I started advertising other peoples villas and things have developed further, last year I formed a company in Turkey (Ltd Sti) and set up as an estate agent (emlak). We now deal with property rentals, sales and construction projects. I am looking forward in the near future to moving out to Turkey (paradise / cennet).

Just if anyone else is considering visiting Turkey or even buying there - go for it - I have not looked back or regretted any of it. R
