Hi. I have apartments in Morocco (J7), and they are being handed over. I have the keys for 1 unit so far, and other owners also have theirs. We have power to the apartment - no water yet, and also a few maintenance issues before it's ready to rent. Other buildings may also have been handed over. J8 has been occupied for a few weeks now by staff of a hotel.
