As I know off, building block where Sulafa is going to rise is "the highest building block in the world", hence all tall buildings would be around. Best views are going to be on front facade (facing main street and sea) and above 40 floor mark. There is also a high rise (Marin Crown) in front of Sulafa (smaller 50+floors). So the best bet would be highest possible units, but with sea view only....on the left is Marina 101, with guess, 101 floors, and on the back is Pentominium with 170 floors (500m or so)...plot on the right - i don't know for now, but it's going to be something there
