I have six different types 2BR in Marina. Do you want for own use or rental investment? Reason for asking is that some of the appartments are rented and a few are ready for immediate sales. The ones for immediate availability are in Emirates Crown with some nice partial sea view, partial sea & Marina view & an apartment with full marina view. Others are also available for sale with tenants.

Two 2BR sea view appartments are for rent only.
