Default Just to clarify

Hi Darren,

A few answers to your points.

(ANDY KEEP YOUR COMMENTS TO WHERE YOUR INVESTORS HAVE INVESTED THEIR MONEY NOT OTHER PROJECTS, THEY ARE INTERESTED IN WHERE THEIR MONEY IS, NOT OTHER PROJECTS.) I agree, but this other development has been mentioned in this thread, and by people contributing to this thread before. It was the direct comparison given in Tina mis-information and needed addressing in this instance.

(WOW, 75% OF THE LAWYERS HAVE SAID INVEST IN THE PROJECT, MMM. WHO ARE THESE LAWYERS, ARE THEY SEPERATE INDEPENDENT LAWYERS, SEPERATE TO THE DEVELOPER AND AGENT?) Pretty much. A lot of clients seem to be consulting with BSA, but still using there own lawyers to get a second opinion. Blank contracts are always available to anybody wishing to see them.

(WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT, YOU KEEP FLITTING BETWEEN DEVELOPMENTS, KEEP TO THE DEVELOPMENT THAT YOUR CLIENTS HAS INVESTED IN.) I thought this was a rather good comparison - disappointed that you didnīt like it!

(YOU HAVE IT ABOVE) Donīt think I did

(????) Agricultural land = +/- 4 Euros per m2. Developer actually owns 11.000.000 m2 = +/- 44.000.000 Euros. If every "plot" was subscribed to, 500 X 32.500 Euros (average payment prior to outline planning permission) = 16.250.000 Euros. Even at 1.50 Euros per m2, thereīs still enough to repay investors.

(IF YOU HELP YOUR INVESTORS MAKE MONEY, THEY WOULD COME BACK TO YOU, IF YOU DONT MAKE YOUR INVESTORS MONEY, THEY WILL LEAVE YOU AND SAY THAT IT WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE TO OTHERS.) Applies to all of us.

WHY WOULD SOMEONE TRY TO DISINFORM PEOPLE LIKE THE ABOVE POST? Yes, why was it stuck away in a new thread, rather than added to probably one of the most viewed/read threads in the Spanish property forum?

DONT PEOPLE HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO. Have you visited the Egypt forum recently?

REGARDS DC. Have a nice day - Andy
