Nice to see some more owners on my return! Welcome fellow neighbours!

I have been told that 1 golf course will be complete with some facilities aswell up and running by phase 1 completion and that there will be rental management in place by then- but at the moment they said its too early to give further details on this!

I have been looking at Brazil for about 6 months now and knew that this was the one for me when it came up!

Grupo sanchz has to be a large reputable company to take on a project of this size and copmplexity- so I am confident all will be fine!

P.S- Your right penthouse does sound better (attic, penthouse -all the same though at the end of the day)
