I have reserved in Grand Natal too and am giving consideration to a further purchase at the Banana Residential club Fortaleza(someone really ought to tell them about that name btw!).Smaller scale than Banderas et al yet very attractive villa designs and pricing structure.
Has anyone else evaluated this development?
