I evaluated both and imho the apartments at Gran Natal were more attractively designed,larger ,less expensive and with larger terrace areas.I also prefered the sea view to the lagoon view.
The final deciding factor were the "names" associated with Gran.I believe these will elevate the profile and general awareness of the resort and generate more interest and higher rental income.
Additionally , i felt the 5 golf courses to PGA standard would have a similair effect.I liked both developments though thought the y shaped block design for the apartments were reminiscant of army barracks and detracted from the visual integrity of Lagoa.Gran is also nearer the airport and Natal itself for a night out.
