El Basha
The El Basha development in Sahl Hasheesh consists of a number of Boutique private villas. Each housing with 10 apartments ranging from one absolutely stunning penthouse (124 m2), as well six 2 bed/ 1 bath apartments from 84 m2 to 126 m2 and three studio-apartments 1 bed/1 bath from 59 m2 to 85 m2.
Prices are calculated from a base of 1350€ per m2 with adjustments to reflect the size of gardens and terrace areas.
