Infact as per offcial news many months back on AMEinfo, Nakheel has withheld 15% of the apartments to rent them out and thats translates to almost 4,000 units. 15% is a huge amount cuz the rest 85% is not under any one single body. Its like OPEC. They control just 40% of the reserves yet have an impact as if they have 100% of the reserves under them!!! Nakheel has made a loss but undercutting rents and thus forcing us to rent out for a lesser amount. So foolish. Late deliveries and lower rentals!!!
