Hi All,
I'm really interested in the NE Brazil market and this thread is very informative.
So far due to lack of funds until January I have only brought 2 building plots in a development called The Plantation (through Colliers), near Belmonte, Bahia. Interestingly, I paid in sterling and the contract stated sterling.

I've looked at Fortaleza and Natal and would like something in Natal area next.
