How do you feel about the hotel and spa complex being built on the sand dunes by our part of the development ? I must admit I too was told quite categorically that they were protected and would never be built on. So how much credibility can you give to the assurance that its only going to be 3 storey ??

My biggest concern is the timing. Fine if its all being built together but what if we get our rental flowing only to find a building site on our doorstep.
