Ok, so here is a total newbie question for Spain… I have some friends that live there and they have always bought their homes fully furnished. The always amazed me, but if I buy a rental property there, how is that handled. i.e. If the furniture breaks, do I have to replace it being the landlord? How does that relationship work ever there? Thanks!
