Dear All,

I purchased off plan 2 years ago a lovely 2 bed, 2 bath detached villa on 3/4 of a donum in Alsancak (directly opposite Escape Beach), I paid 75k for the villa but later decided I wanted to add a swimming pool at an extra cost of ?14.500. I bought the property for as a two year investment, realistically now I realize it needed to be a 5years investment to pay off, however due to my plans to take a job offer in Australia at the end of September, I am desperate to find a buyer for my villa. Someone could really get a bargain. I have the villa on the market for ?84,995, but I would be prepared to take 75,000 for the property.
